Come forth with me
You are destined to see
A world of agony
Forged from your dreams
Verse 1:
Bracing once you have entered the grind
Chasing devotion that’s leading you blind
Once you cling to something that makes you alive
A Fragile future is built before your very eyes
Prepare to take the dive
The bark ready to bite
So I’m asking you this
are you willing to fight?
Chorus:
Go on and Wake from this sleep
Let distant light unbind your wings
Go on and soar
Forever more
Into a journey of pain
Verse 2:
Racing relentless your mind and your heart
Facing this pleasure that’s torn you apart
Once more seek for inferno that brought you to life
You’ve lit the torch from hell now ring the final bell
Prepare to take the dive
The bark ready to bite
So I’m asking you this
are you willing to fight?
Chorus:
Go on and Wake from this sleep
Let distant light Unbind your wings
Go on and soar
Forever more
Into a journey of
pain
you’ve never felt before
It’s knocking at your door
Open it welcoming
Consume it graciously
Sense it swarming your lungs
This ache encompassing
Leaving you vulnerably
When you choose to succumb
Chorus:
Go on and Wake from this sleep
Let distant light Unbind your wings
Go on and soar
Forever more
Into a journey of pain

The peak of atmospheric, progressive, and melodic death metal. These songs successfully put me in a trance every time I listen to them. Powerful and hypnotic. Vintersea is one of the best. Telle Isla

All Unleash The Archers tracks are amazing, and the Abyss album takes their usual mastery to a new level, but some tracks still stand above the rest. The Wind That Shapes The Land is like the band couldn't choose between 3 or 4 tracks for this spot on the album, so they blended them together beautifully into this masterpiece. The only way to describe it is a musical journey; you can really *feel* the story being told. Dan
